If you weren’t at Cupcake Smackdown this weekend,  you were missin out!  There was a jaffa cake eating contest, an attempt at setting the World Record for the Most People Simultaneously Frosting a Cupcake and tons of delicious cupcakes. 

There were several vendors but I’m going to start with my favorite, Bellissimo Bakery.  Absolutely DELICIOUS!!  They had a great marketing strategy.  They were creative and offered 3 mini cupcakes for $2 which was genius.  That way you got to try three flavors in small bites instead of filling up on one cupcake.  It also didn’t hurt that their cupcakes were sooooo good!!  The little bite size cupcakes were perfect, they just melted in your mouth.  Oh nom nom nom…ok now that I’m officially drooling on myself I’ll share the pics.

How sweet(and calorie free) was that?  I think I’m still on sugar overload but it was totally worth it!
