This year, the day after Thanksgiving was turned into family photo day! Mainly because I wanted/needed the practice and my family loves me so they were willing. 🙂 It was such a nice relaxing day. We went out to my grandparents’ farm and looked through old family photos, drove over to Brownwood to eat at Underwood’s (yum!) and ended up back in the big ole town of De Leon. We posted up at the old train station for most of the shoot which was once the heart of the town. We played on the tracks and the platform where my Papa said he used to catch the train as kid. So much history in such a tiny town. Here are my favorites from the day. Enjoy!

And last but certainly not least, my favorite picture of the day.
Hey Lari! Thanks so much for adding me to your inspiration tab! Such a compliment :D.
I love the lens flare on these photos! Great job darling 🙂
Hope you had a great Christmas!
Thank you! You really are an inspiration. I love your work! I hope to follow in your shoes and eventually have photography be my full time focus. I’ve got a long way to go but I’m up for the challenge.
Thanks again for checking out my blog! Means a lot 🙂
